Ingredients
- 2 tbsps coconut oil -
- 1 tsp fennel seeds -
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds -
- 2 cardomom -
- 3 clove -
- 1/2 inch cinnamon - stick
- 2 onion sliced -
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste -
- curry leaves
- 1 tomatoes big chopped -
- 3 tsps redchilli powder -
- 1 tsp turmeric powder -
- 3 tsps coriander powder -
- salt
- 1/2 kg beef -
- 10 onion sliced small -
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
- 2 tbsps coconut grated -

Instructions
- IN a pan add coconut oil, fennel seeds,cumin seeds, cardomom , clove,cinnamon,sliced onion,saute till brown colour then add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves,chopped tomatoes,redchilli pdr,turmeric pdr,coriander pdr, salt ,beef, water n cook till tender then add coriander leaves n saute till dry.
- in another pan add oil ,sliced small onion grated coconut curry leaves n garnish over above cooked beef n serve with chappathi..
